From on top of the hill, overlooking the entire fairway, the goal is to stay in the middle. Water to the left and trees to the right might ruin a par.

Number two is a long par five bordered with rough and trees. If the hole placement is at the back of the green, get up the slope with your chipshot.

A par 4 for men and par 5 for women - #3 can be deceiving with trees lining both sides of the fairway. Golf management is a good thing to know here.

Number 4 presents a number of challenges with out of bounds fenceline, trees on the right and an elevated green. Can cause stress!

A short Par 3 bordered by woods on the left and sand traps on both front and back of the green. Can cause problems!!

|
Par 4 # 6 has a severe dog leg to the left for men and a straight shot to the green for women. Without a doubt, the green is toughest on the course.

|
Number seven is another par five. Men try to cut the corner over the trees, women have the advantage of a straight shot to the middle of the fairway.

|
This should be an easy par but once again many golfers like to shoot out of the trees which can make it a frustrating hole. Green is tricky.

Ferndale ends its nine with a par 3. If you go left, your ball might greet a car. Going right puts you up the hill to the clubhouse - nice hole to end
